I've been on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle for a while now. It all started with my struggle with Hashimoto's disease, which made me realize how important food is for our health.
Recently, I spent two years sailing with my family, and on the boat, we all had our designated tasks. Mine was to cook, take care of everyone's health, and maintain a positive mood. This experience helped me to recognize the deep interconnection between food, health, and mood. After we returned, I decided to study functional nutrition to further develop my understanding. I managed to lose 10 kg along the way, which was a huge achievement for me!
I am now passionate about sharing my knowledge with others to help them take better care of themselves. As a result, I created a sustainable weight loss program that eliminates harmful yo-yo and side effects.
