I used to be a third culture kid, moving with my parents from one country and culture to another. This lifestyle manifested in my grown up life. First I moved from Germany to Spain with my family of four in 2014 and in the summer of 2019, we finally set sail and began our voyage across the Atlantic. We left behind the familiar civilization to explore the enormous ocean, palm-fringed beaches, to endure storms, and other experiences in over 20 nations. Aside from sailing, I was in charge for the family's physical and health needs. Providing for ourselves in the most remote and beautiful places posed a real challenge, especially during the pandemic, requiring meticulous planning, discipline, and creativity. I had go get a deeper insight into nutrition and health.
The experiences from those two years on the sailboat are invaluable. My attitude on health shifted dramatically: we were now completely accountable. There was no doctor in sight and very few medications. Throughout those two years, we learnt how to live a healthy lifestyle.
This is when I discovered my purpose: to cure individuals by imparting knowledge, directing them toward mindful diet, lifestyle changes, and assisting them in achieving their personal health objectives.
In 2023, I completed my degree in functional and clinical nutrition therapy. For years now, I am dedicated to new insights from seminars and conferences, studying books, medical research, and podcasts.
It's always amazing to see how many of our health problems can be addressed with simple practices like mindful diet, sleep, exercise, and adequate vitamin and mineral supplementation.
We will address the following topics:
  • First Week
    The first week focuses on preparing the body for the upcoming detox. We learn how to activate our detoxification channels, eliminate unhealthy foods and work with our bowels. At the same time we introduce methods of regeneration and relaxation to reduce stress and relax the muscles.
  • Second Week
    In the second week we will focus on cleansing the body from the inside. We will look at a balanced low-calorie diet that is rich in nutrients and boosts the metabolism. We will also learn about detoxification techniques such as preparing detoxifying smoothies and incorporating superfoods.
  • Third Week
    This week of our detox course will focus on reducing environmental toxins. Together we will discover sustainable alternatives for everyday life, from natural cleaning products to eco-friendly cosmetics. Choosing an environmentally conscious lifestyle not only has a positive effect on nature, but also promotes our own health.

How will it work?
In the Detox programme, we will communicate via a joint Telegram group. This group will be used for the daily exchange of experiences and motivation. There will also be a video call once a week.
