I offer a guided 3-week online detox program delivered through a private WhatsApp group, combining clear structure, nourishing meal plans, and expert guidance with the powerful support of a safe, positive community of like-minded people.
You’ll receive step-by-step direction, simple daily practices, and easy-to-follow recipes that support your body gently and sustainably. In addition to the daily support via WhatsApp, we connect in weekly live Zoom calls for guidance, deeper explanations, and shared reflection — helping you stay motivated and on track.
This program is designed to help you detox, reset, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and realistic for everyday life.
What can you expect?
Over three weeks, you can expect to feel more balanced, energized, and comfortable in your body. The program supports your body’s natural detox processes while promoting clearer skin, better digestion, and steady energy — with gentle, natural weight loss often being a welcome side effect:))
You’ll build simple, nourishing habits that fit easily into everyday life — no fasting, no extreme rules, and fully compatible with work and daily routines.
Week One - Preparation
We prepare the body for the upcoming detox phase. You will learn how to activate your natural detox pathways, eliminate the first trigger foods, and support your gut health. At the same time, we focuse on reducing environmental toxins.
Together, we discover sustainable alternatives for daily living – from natural cleaning products to clean, non-toxic cosmetics.
Week Two – Activation

We follow a balanced, nutrient-rich vegetarian diet that supports metabolism and helps reduce acidity.
You will receive healthy and delicious recipes for every day and we introduce regeneration and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and release muscle tension.

You’ll learn how to make mindful choices around nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle so the benefits of the program continue well beyond the three weeks.
